What a shit system. Our fucking local Council have dissallowed me and my family, aswell as our neighbours the right to vote in our local election! This is a bloody serious case now. Apparently we were noted to have recieved our postal ballot papers, although none ever arrived. So today me and my dad went to the voting station to complain, and to get our votes counted. After my dad had a good 30 mins of arguing, we were simply told we were not allowed to vote in this election, as we had "supposedly" recieved our ballots posted by hand! Take into account that my dad works from home and would have personally recieved them, but we got NOTHING! So now I think both my parents and others are really gonna go do some harm to the council, taking the matter both to the press, local election officers, and even Tony Blair. Were not even sure of the scale of this yet, others may have also not recieved their ballot papers. Could be a similar situation to Florida, but on a smaller scale. Im utterley pissed off! This was actually my first ever chance to vote, and now I cant!! ARRRRR! I think that helped vent some anger and frustration. Never trust postal ballots!
