Eiffel Tower: Day -> Night. Check it out!

    Hey guys! I wanted some feedback on a recent design I did where I changed a daytime picture of the eiffel tower to a night time version using strictly stock brushes, effects, and filters (No pics or anything else from the web).

    Here's the original:

    RED LIGHT DISTRICT!!!!!!!
