    It's not painful I also feel my veins in my next

    you smoke or eat it?

    it can aggravate nerves.
    it could be pointing out a problem before you can feel it when sober.
    veins bulging can be serious,like blood clots.
    see a doctor.
    try to get an ultrasound.
