Effective way to reduce tolerance?

Discussion in 'Seasoned Marijuana Users' started by ChiCityStoner, Jul 18, 2017.

  1. I have been smoking like a chimney last few months, pretty much daily sometimes multiple times a day. My tolerance has gotten way to high. I was considering only smoking Friday-Sunday. And Monday-Thursday I wouldn't smoke, the end of the work week I'd be rewarded by smoking for a few days and relaxing. This is like a 4-5 day t break every week. Do you think this will keep my tolerance relitivaly low?

  2. It's a good way to go about it if you're not interested in a full on tbreak. I was in the same boat as you and have resorted to only smoking on lawn cutting days or during anger flashes. So only 2-3 days a week on a good week. Tolerance isn't as far down as I'd like but it's getting there.

  3. Focus on technique. Grind, draw speed. screen clean, placement, hold and draw more air after 5 seconds. Yhe more you control those factors you will become Jedi.:watching:

  4. Yeah I feel you, I'll be honest I just can't do a full on t break for longer then like 5-6 days. I feel like after a few weeks of doing this the tolerance will go down significantly. Appreciate the input

  5. It would work the best the first day but the other days it might be just like before.
I took a 6 week t break and then when I started up again, I only smoke at night. That has helped a lot. The first few hits of the day get me totally ripped. Before, by that time of day, I would have a hard time feeling stoned much at all.

  6. 4 or 5 days of tolerance should be good. 2 weeks is great, 3 weeks is the same as 2 weeks in my experience

  7. T breaks are often taken for to long.

Do 2-3 days of no smoking, than the rest of the week hitting maybe a one hitter only or one bowl.

After the week is up your next bong rip will get you feeling right my friend
