edibles and tolerance

Discussion in 'Weed Edibles' started by Deleted member 616232, Dec 13, 2012.

  1. Do you notice if you eat the edibles, after that for the following few days, you can not get stoned from smoking? It's weird. If I smoke, I think "I'm all good" and then it's not very long before I think "hey what happened"

I like the edibles becasuse of my insomnia, but I hate the way it screws with my
    tolerance.

Somebody told me most people either eat or smoke, not both.

  2. Yeah, I feel you on this ddefinately. I feel it REALLY brings up my toleracne

  3. when you consume an edible your liver will produce 11-hydroxy-thc, which is part of the reason why your tolerance to thc in general will be increased.

  4. what does this mean? Is this 11-hydroxy-thc bad for the liver? I really have to watch my liver. I've already put it through hell throughout the many past years.

I like my vape and I'd rather not stress out my liver. Do you think I should avoid edibles then?

  5. there are no conclusive studies that i'm aware of that prove mj having any negative effect on the liver.

  6. Never noticed that.

  7. Oh great!! Thanks!

Edibles do come in handy when necessary.
