so many options to make...... I think there is an edible sub forum here. Post pix of whatever you make plz.

 

turn your flower into oil. Put that into the batter . Mix it well . Best option
Option two.
To put it wet ow god ! You will vomit from the taste. I know your cooking it but something about wet weed .The smell is all there like grassy . It will work but taste
Use Dry weed . The buds only . Grind them up good really good like with a coffee grinder. Mix it into the batter .

 

Think about it . Dry weed you can really grind up a huge amount into a really small area . An ounce of flower in a coffee grinder will be small will mix in with the sugar butter .
Most people use just trim for eddies . Were growers we can afford to spurge .

 

My brownies many many years ago used the ol coffee grinder technique with dry product. Worked and tasted well.
Now you can make infused butter too for your recipe. I am sure there are cook books out there dedicated to this art.
I had ice cream in the past. I tablespoon and it was over. Unbelievable. Tasted so good too. I wanted to have a bowl. Glad I didnt. Same guy offered me chocolate chip cookies another time. I guess I was his taste tester. Again, very delicious. But 1 cookie and I found functioning on any meaningful level was impossible.

After some thought, I guess I dont do edibles bc dosing is difficult. So many variables to consider. Pack a cookie for lunch and ruining your plans for that afternoon.

 

Agreed dosage . Why turning it into butter or oil is best for accurate dosage .Mixes better
If the grower is able to do so. Every cookie will be the same strength .
If not the old hippy way works . Just dont over eat the cookies !!!!!! It will be an interesting day.
Please always label the storage containers if guests are over .

 

That last bit of advice is VERY important. Unknowingly eating a laced confection can be problematic.
