How many plants can't you grow per system? does it just depend on how big your tray is? I've got roughly an 8x15 area and i'm thinking of running two 1000W HPS lights. how many plants can I get into that area with that many watts and using an Ebb&flow system. thanks
with 2 1000 watt lights, depending on how big your reflectors are and how tall you plan on your plants getting i would say probably 6-12 plants per light, which will be stretching your lights capacities. I am using light movers with the 40 inch wide umbrella reflectors with 1000 watt bulbs and i plan on doing 12 plants per light, but the light movers cover a lot more area...
