Yes! Lately I've been making my munchies ahead of time, so that I don't have to spend high time cutting vegetables and bread. Today I made a feast for when I'm baked as a pie later. A few months ago I cut all junk food out of my diet. 1. Hummus, alfalfa sprouts, cherry tomato, and cucumber wrapped in a wholewheat & flax seed wrap. 2. Fresh sliced italian bread with pesto, cherry tomatoes, and grated mozzarella, open face and ready to be toasted in the oven. Anyone else trying to avoid the superprocessed foods during munchies? Post it here!
^^ Man that shit sounds delicious. Munchies and Proper Diet can kill your day, considering most people can pound back 6 burgers/2 bags of chips with out even noticing you took a bite. I always have my fridge loaded with cut up veggies to snack on, heres my usuall 4p after vaping meal. Salad, Tuna, Mixed Veggies, Oats, Almonds/Peanuts, Lite ranch or Dressing on top
yes for the most part. reallly depends on the person i eating boiled chicken rice and veggies alot (substitue chicken with other meat too). with this i grab YOGURT (0.1%, 1%, 2%, 3%, anything) adds all the taste and assistance in swallowing i will ever need! ketchup on that if i still need taste. with that^ its verry easy for me. OP i would add some lean protein sources to your diet too
In order to prevent gaining a lot of wait from munchies, i stopped eating when high, that put my appetite out of wack (or something else did who knows) and now i'm not hungry until 7 or 8 at night, and i wake up at 630...it's really bad i know, it seems like i've lost weight though, but doesn't barely eating scientifically make losing weight harder?
Depends what you define 'barely eating' if you don't get in say a 40-40-20 split of protein, carbs, fats, you risk your body using muscle to burn energy. All that matters for losing weight is a calorie deficit at the end of the day.. The 6 meal a day myth is all bs. You should eat a casein protein before bed ie cottage cheese, it will slowly distribute protein through out the night Track your intake + cardio
Prevent unhealthy munchies by not having them around, which sounds like exactly what you are doing. Good shit. The best source of cheap lean protein I know of is chicken (duh). Get a 10lb freezer bag for like 16 bucks at Walmart or BJ's or Costco or whatever. Then get creative with it
