Easy Question

    If i had a 400 watt hps tent and 4 plants, but wanted to keep 2 in veg while 2 flower, could i keep the 4 plants together for the 12 hours on, then at lights off put the 2 in veg in another closet with only 80 watts of cfl lighting.? would the drop of light intensity trigger flowering even if there in light 24/7.

    12 hours in the 400 watt HID then 12 hours under 80 watts of CFL

    no it wont i now its not flowering yet but u can take any flowering 12/12 plant and put it back to 24/7 and it will stop flowering

    Ya I didn't think so. Another question.. What does it mean when the nodes stop being parallel and start alternating on the side. It's about 2 months in veg

    Alternating nodes means the plant is ready for flowering.

    ohh ok. i was gunna wait for pre flowers, but w/e :)
