Easy No Water Cannabutter...VERY potent

  1. Use 6 sticks of butter to 2 oz of trim. I use only serious medical trim so the potency is phenomenal. Melt butter, add 2 oz trim, stir, cook 18 hours on low, strain multiple times, refrigerate. Here's few pics of my latest batch. Yields One and one-half cups pure cannabutter.

  2. So hey now, this might just work great. And I would be stupid to talk shit, without ever having made cannabutter myself.......
     
    However, recently I've read a few things from the "edibles pro's" who say that full extraction of THC can be had in like 20-30 minutes, and furthermore, super long cooking times of 12-24 hours, or even more, are simply not needed, and in fact, can have the opposite effect, of cooking off a good portion of the THC ?
     
    Again, I'm just repeating what I've read.
     
    I'm all ears though, as I've actually been thinking about making some edibles, as I have a fat sack of mids right now.....
     
  3. Yeah I've read all kinds of things too but I simply can't mess with success. By sheer experimentation this recipe has worked and people say it's the strongest edibles they have ever had. We just made brownies with my recipe and a friend say he and his friend split one and got all messed up for 8 hours. Maybe the pros are right...18 hours is too long but it has worked for me 100 percent of the time. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. I may not be a pro but damn are my edibles potent.
