Easiest way to remove adhesive on new batteries?

  1. Hey GC I just ordered some brand new 2700mAh Powerex Batteries, I peeled them but I'm wondering the most efficient and easy way to get the adhesive/glue off without using goo be gone.

  2. rubbing alcohol and cotton swabs and let em dry before u use

  3. I just rub them in my hands. It doesn't get all of it off right away, but over time they will eventually lose all of the adhesive. I don't really think it's too big of a deal whether or not there is adhesive on the batteries. I use my powerex 2700's that still have adhesive on them, and it's totally fine.

  4. WD40

It will take it right off. Just rub it with wd40 and paper toweling

  5. i always recommend naphta (zippo fluid) for getting sticky stuff off.

  6. Good tips guys, I ended up fingernailing most of it off. Then it rubbed it against a piece of paper so that it balls up on the ends and then falls off.

I am more fuckin baked than imaginable right now. Like not in so long. I've been using old ass stock magic flight batteries that haven't been able to hold shit for a charge and that makes life good again. <3
