Isn't california supposed to break off sometime from an earthquake? Or am I thinking of Escape From L.A.?
That's new oh wait no it's not ,but regardless was it a big one? The only time I was ever involved in an earthquake was when I was a little kid and I slept through the whole thing ,but I live in Ga. ,USA so obviously it wasn't to big and didn't last very long.
If I lived in Cali. Every time there was an earthquake I'd just look at it as an opportunity to go on vacation.
Although we got those on the daily, I actually felt this one. I was chilling on my couch and since I can detect any motion easily this earthquake was very real haha
http://www.data.scec.org/recenteqs/Maps/125-41.html One centered off shore about level with Rockport. No info on it yet- looks like a 4.something from the size of the box. Another near Long Beach. A moderate earthquake occurred at 9:09:41 PM (PDT) on Friday, March 28, 2014. The magnitude 5.1 event occurred 2 km (2 miles) WNW of Brea, CA. The hypocentral depth is 2 km ( 1 mile). Around Clearlake there were a bunch of little tremors yesterday. Granny
Nah, earthquakes suck man! Survived Northridge. All windows busted out, house half collapsed. Twas a mess. And I'm still here today
That shit was weak...remember the Easter 2010 earthquake that was like a 7.0 that hit Mexicali. Now that had my knees giving out a hundred miles in SD

I've read that too. The Encino earthquake that happened a few weeks ago, the epicenter was 7 miles from one of the wells. As if Cali doesn't have enough earthquakes naturally, stupid mofos have to go and create extra problems.
The big one is coming Cali residents.. maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow. But I think its going to happen soon.
I live in southern ontario, and we get the occasional small one that some people feel and others don't. A couple of years ago there was a fairly decent sized one and yea it definitely a strange experience. I was at work on the second floor of a large wooden building talking on the phone to someone across the city. At first I was thinking it's machinery, then it gets stronger and stronger and stronger along with the sense of omg it's still going, while the person I was on the phone with is going "OMG what is happening?" it was enough to get everyone out of the building lol It was creepy....thousands of years ago Earthquakes must of really freaked them out...it's like the world is breaking lol...wtf can shake the Earth
