Ears ringing

    So I just came back from a party where I danced for 4 hours to some amazing local DJs! Amazing time. However, I now have a constant ringing in my ears and a headache. I'm out of weed :( Any suggestions on anything that may help so I can get some sleep before work? lol

    It'll go away gradually. I get that too.

    It sucks. Probably should have stopped dancing before 4 :p but I can't help it, I just love the music :hello:

    i went to am ushroomhead/ hed pe concert and my ears rang for 3 or 4 days. for real. it was shitty. i thought i had pernament hearing damage lol. my ears are back to normal now.

    Haha just means it was LOUD!!Which probably means it was a great time :D
