Hello all! I have some questions about having to harvest early, I’m growing some Cali og kush feminized from crop kings. The flower time says it should be 9-10 weeks. We are almost at 6 weeks. 5 weeks and 5 days to be exact. And the pistols are already like 60-70% orange. This pic is 5 days old ish. Should I be flushing and prepping for harvest? I know it’s the trichomes I want to see 30% amber but I feel like this is waaay too soon?
no keep going... they will keep pushing new ones out, i though the same thing.... you will know when she is nearing the end, the trichs won't look the same when you initially look at the plant (bare eyes). they will almost look like diamond tinted rather than glass... thats when its game time
idk bro i feel like it will be a bit longer than that..... id let almost all of the pistols turn brown before doing that..... especially with the breeder saying 10 weeks
Might have to follow that advice as I tend to harvest too early the past couple grows due to time restraints
i feel ya there, but you can easily tell they haven't swelled yet either.... look a the little sugar leaves..... they are stuck waaayy out there... by the actual end they will be covered up more from the plant swelling, also non of the red hairs are "sucked" in..... thats what you are looking for here ill keep helping, here are some harvest window photos, fresh as of last night
