  1. Anyone own one? I'm considering buying. Would like to hear what you think of it and if you'd recommend it. I'd probably just go with the standard "M" model since the others don't seem to offer much different and can cost a decent bit more.

  2. I have it and I recommend it, at first I didn't understand it very much, but after a few days I started to love it, the only negative thing I see is the cost of butane. I personally buy the m with a kit that comes with a torch and I have to fill the torch like once or twice a week depending on how much I use it. The good thing is that you vape in less than a minute that it takes to heat up with the torch, you save grass, excellent for microdosing, easy to clean. I also have the arizer solo2, and it's great, when I have time I use the solo 2 and when I'm in a hurry I use the dynavap, I like the dynavap a little more

  3. I own one and I’ve been using it almost daily for four years. I think the key with this vaporizer is you need an induction heater.
Using a flame torch is OK, but you unlock the potential with an IH.

  4. I have a firefly 2+ which I think has a lot of benefits the dynavap has (like microdosing) but the battery life sucks ass and cleaning is annoying and gets dirty fast. I even fucked up the rubber gasket on the lid so now I need to position it whenever I use it to get a proper seal, and a replacement lid is like 40 bucks or something. Figure I'd maybe just pick up a dynavap for twice that instead. Easier cleaning and no battery to worry about.

Hmm interesting, I didn't know those made that big of a difference. I definitely wouldn't get an induction heater right away since that seems to at least double the cost but maybe down the road I'd consider it. I imagine when you get the technique down well a lighter could get close at least?

  5. They are expensive but the experience is so much better. With a torch you’re going to keep buying butane to fill it up anyway.

The torch will yield good results, but it will take a few heat ups rather than 1 with the IH to fully extract a bowl.

  6. How do you manage to extract the whole bowl with 1 puff with the induction heater?

  7. How do you not?
You have to make sure you grind or chop up your cannabis. Don’t overpack it. You heat until the click and inhale.

However, every cap is a little different. With some you may have to go a second or two past the click.
I get full extraction using the PSM (port side mini) induction heater.

  8. I go a couple seconds past the click and still need 3 or 4 cycles. I have 2 different induction heaters.

Very curious how people can get it all with 1 cycle
