one area to clone and veg and another to flower. not needed in the strictest sense but the idea of sog is fast turn over, to harvest every 2 months you will need a separate vegging and cloning area. sog isnt really suited for seeds because each plant will vary too much
oh i more so meant a bunch of seeds opposed to vegging a few plants massive, sea of green would mean like 1per square foot, im doing i per 2 squareish feet
Either: 1: have a mother plant in veg. Keep taking clones and straight into flowering. 2. One flowering and one clone rooting box.
Don't have the space. Have a similar situation as you and I'm lucky I got what I have, I had to cut down 95% of my outdoor kalesh too
Think some of my auto skunk mass bud has mould so I took back of jar bak into shoe box gonna over dry I guess anything I can do? Or wasted crop?
3/4 barney's lsd is sprouted now, two yesterday one today, the last either tonight or tomorrow, i can see the top, just hasnt opened yet, im still unsure how im going to grow these 4! im thinking coco just because it's so damn easy, but i'll have a bunch of plants going in tent, so watering 8 plants might get annoying... still prob not as bad as 4/5 diff dwc, who knows we'll see, i may chop my not auto NL today and use it's 5w pump on a LSD
all four were born yesterday, august 28th, one is in dwc basket, rest will be in some sort of coco/perlite mix (mostly coco) it'll be cool to see side by side using 5 seeds im only gonna veg a few weeks more than switch i think, i've got tons of plants now not tons of room... Currently only checking ppm of two plants daily (auto NL not auto -,- and the flowering il diavolo, both in dwc, rest arent in dwc so idk how essential it is to check daily... thinking after im finished this grow, veg a few weeks more, then switch to 12/12 and hopefully a conversion bulb for my mh ballast (prob cant hurt flowering right?) if the results are as shitty as first plant ill probably stop growing, if im getting better i'll continue, but right now im not breaking the power bill, the nutes are another story.... shame too cause it's something i love and look forward too, but idk i can buy better stuff than i can grow, for cheaper than it costs to grow.. like why bother, kind of demotivating, besides what do i do with a bunch of shit weed? i cant even bake with it (i never get a buzz why bother) maybe my sad results first grow are from autos and not growing long enough, maybe it was just the learning curve and im giving up too early, i have out door plants too, we will see how they go...
changed water on non auto NL today, keeping ppm as low as possible to save nutes since shes atlwast a month from switch, maybe longer lol after new water change ppm is 720, but im using botanicare stuff for that plant so idk how accurate it is.... two seedlings were'nt covered and were in rockwool a day too long and theyre fucked (LSD) good thing i have 3 successful LSD plants my first coco clone attempt is a massive success! i now have kaleshnikova in a coco hempy bucket! mazar x white rhino is growing very quick and very smelly! time for a filter i think! on the other hand their speeds (especially one in hempy bucket) make me think maybe i won't have to kill this shitty AUTO, maybe when i switch to 12/12 for 8 weeks it'll flower by itself and just have a bigger yield than others as far as training goes lately ive been picking off popcorn buds near bottom, for air reasons and letting energy go elsewhere, i will update with pics soon, though idk if anyone read this other than me
here's some pics 9/4 1130pm start off with small mazar it's planted in a bot with tons of holes at bottom, then placed in an old margine dish that holds a bit of water similar to hempy bucket, the roots are growing daily out the bottom... small mazar x white widow, no hempy bucket planted in soil, please look at next pic.... will this sustitue for a net? roots growing down bottom i simply place in a 5 gal hempy bucket? or how do i go abouts transplanting? barney's LSD first germ - some random leaf problem ony on one leaf (roots are starting to come out bottom now) two babies who survived (on coco one dwc) kaleshnikova clone! only got one cut before i killed her due to security, and needless to say my coco clone is 100% success rate now! i will be vegging as long as it takes to fill tent completely will my oh so many plants... started in plain coco and perlite mix, transplanted yestorday night to hempy bucket with drain hose, that's two 5gal hempy's now delicious il diavolo... she's started flowering at 15 days and has been flowering for 3 weeks today!, i never LST nothing, i let grow 100% natural, too bad light is on and it's tough to get a good picture at this time... lights are 18/6 sometimes i leave cfls on for an an hour early hour late (sun wakes up and goes down right?) otherwise i just have them around this specific plant... lastly a view of my closet with lights on just a recall 2x mazar white rhino 1 kalesh clone 1 il diavolo getting close to finished flowering (last auto) 1 auto NL not auto, big veg plant 3 barney's LSD (potentially 2 more but theyre kinda fucked and im already running out of room so i may just say fuck it, we'll see if they bounce up i guess... will take better pics in morning when lights are off

uhhh i dont think you could get MAYBE 6, 5 comfortably maybe the one in middle a res, so like 4 dwc 5gal buckets? each bucket is bigger than a square foot depends how much you would want to squish, i should take a pic and show how full my tent is, ive seen pics where 1 plant fills the entire DS90 using Scog ;-) @[member="weedsmoking4u"] im not sure, it was an auto i didnt train in any way, its just a bush, there's really only one top.... i think im gonna let i going another week atleast see what happens
ive been doing research on il diavolo and some people are growing massive bushes! wtf am i doing wrong? I wonder if my lights make that much of a diff...... my plant is much shorter than ones in video.... way more compact is it because i have a vertical light hanging in middle of tent and plants arent stretching at all?
