Hi I plan to create my own DWC system as it seems easier than Flood and Drain. I have a few questions, will I need to change the water from time to time and add fresh nutrients? if so how often? How many plants can I comfortably fit in 1 system?, I will use some kind of plastic container. Is it a case of how ever many I can fit in the tub or is there a general rule of thumb such as 1 plant per gallon of water etc.. Will I need to manually flood and drain it from time to time with fresh water / nutrients? Also how do DWC systems compare to other hydro systems? Regards
