  1. Set up:

    DR90 36 X 36 X 72 Tent
    400 Watt HPS, Air Cooled
    4 Bubble Buckets

Received 5 Northern Lights Fem seeds from Nirvana on 9/8, used water and paper towel method to germinate, they sprouted with beautiful white tails by today 9/10, and I placed them in a cube tray with a flourescent light over them.

Watered them with tap water adjusted to 5.91PH

Purchased Sunleaves PH and TDS meters today. Still a little unsure as to the best manner for storing the PH Meter. Currently storing the meter in a 7.0 PH solution.

    Light cycle = 18/6, Temp 78% RH = 85

  2. you need to lower your humidity and get some pics in here....or it never happen

start a journal, ill read it

  3. Thanks much, there are no sprouts above the growing medium yet, what should the RH be at that point, because I can adjust. Should I leave the hood on over the root cubes, or take it off. I noticed the hood is driving the temp and the RH up. I took it off this morning.

Also, I tested my tap water - 8.32PH and 129PPM on a 442 scale. Should I lower PH prior to watering the root cubes? I have been up to this point.

I will get pics on here as soon as I can.

  4. 60% in veg....40% in flower

Lower the ppm's of your water if you can....that is always best

  5. Thanks, being new to this thing, I realized I posted this in the wrong spot, and I actually posted an updated thread in Hydro Grow Journals. I have a lot more information regarding equipment set up etc.

BTW, my brand new dehumidifier is spitting out very clean water, only 14PPM, I was hoping that would suffice. I included the numbers in the thread posted in Hydro Grow Journals. Thanks.
