Next winter I will be taking a vacation to the Island of St. Martin. Half of it is Dutch and the other half is French. Is it safe to assume that the Dutch decriminalization policy applies on their side of the island as well? Or if anyone lives there/has been there, it would be much appreciated if you would let me know. I am NOT asking for a hook-up, i just want to know what the laws are.
