In my 4x4 tent I have 1000w cool tube inside and the fan and filter are outside. This leaves the phresh filter without a pre-filter, since I'm blowing air thru it. Can I put the pre-filter that came with it on the end of the cool tube to filter dust? If that won't work, any suggestions? It's pretty dusty here.
your suppose to be able to take the pre-filter and stick it inside of the carbon filter, to pre-filter it that way. Ive seen a video on youtube that showed it. Im not sure if its brand specific or not, but you could adjust it. I was thinking about getting them carbon filter foam things and putting that over the vents in my tent. Im thinking that should help cut on dust.
