  1. hows the reptiles and lil girl???

  2. They could be better for sure. Haven't fed them in quite some time now. Got side tracked with a bunch of nonsense then by the time I got back around to the snakes, my feeder source got the crud. Staying away from her to make sure she's cool then Ill re-up.

    Happy Thanksgiving everybody!

  4. Hope you all have been doing good this week. Nothing to complain about here. Still gettin done and handling plants when nobody's looking.

Update on the plants! Think I'm about done with this Tangie. As I knew would happen, I had to leave the plants on a couple occasion for a few days at a time and the Tangie went right downhill. Keep thinking it's me fucking em up but I just don't see how. I'm even going against my better judgement and pumping em with fish solution but the yellowing and dying off wont stop. I gave em a tea tonight but most the damage is already done. I may still keep the Tangie clones to work for seeds but I don't think Ill flower her again for bit. Got some other genes we need to play. But damn she smells and smokes good so....

Blueberry as always is on point. Wouldn't know shes getting the exact same treatment as the Tangies.

Fed some snakes tonight too! All of the rats were pre-killed using dry ice method. IMG_20211201_205145.jpg IMG_20211201_205156.jpg IMG_20211201_205017.jpg IMG_20211201_205121.jpg IMG_20211201_205335.jpg IMG_20211201_175049.jpg

  5. Some plants seem hard wired to consume their fans for elements no matter how good the feed or soil is.

I'll have strain A looking like it was hit with a flamethrower and strain B right next to it in the exact same soil hasn't lost a single fan.

  6. Definitely seems to be the case here. There's plenty of N in that soil. If anything is being locked out, it's gotta be some sort of mis-cue in the root zone. I know that sounds like I'm passing the buck but it's all I can think lol.

I don't have any fresh compost so I made a call to use some mature soil from a part of the outdoor beds where the flowers are currently growing strong. I wrapped it in a small sack and weighed it down with rocks to "drown" as many undesirables as possible. I know there's other soil borne pathogens to watch out for so ... We'll see how this plays out.

  7. Took those Tangies down early. They weren't gonna make it. Yellowed out like crazy. Smelled amazing when I chopped em. Got the blueberry girl coming on strong. She's setting the stage for those super chunky buds.

    Also got a rare sighting of Nicodemus. IMG_20211208_210651.jpg IMG_20211208_210743.jpg IMG_20211208_210758.jpg IMG_20211208_210812.jpg IMG_20211208_210829.jpg IMG_20211208_160719.jpg

  12. I chopped and dragged the full flowered male Clide cross all the plants in the yard so I should get a few seeds. :)

  13. Nice man. Crazy how the seed game has changed over the years for industry eh? I was just perusing through one of my old issues of high times and looking at an old ad for Attitude. $10 for two beans was a deal!

Seems like it was a relatively taboo thing to grow your own beans back in them days.

  16. Hey everybody! Sorry for the absence. Been wheeling and dealing and trying to avoid anymore to do with the virus. Went back forth to the docs recently after one of us had contact. Been on quarantine AGAIN! The plants are doing their thing. I'll get some pics on here to show what's up.
Hey Al! Good to see you around! I'm glad to hear that life is treating you well with all the grand kids! I'm sure there's never a dull moment there.

Same here on the sickness stuff. Tested twice recently. Both times same test conducted differently. Whatevs I'm tired of it. I'm sure it won't be long before we're doing mandatory boosters at the workplace.
Hey Tim! Thanks, she's getting there. Gonna get that Goblin Queen into flower soon. Had to crop her last night to encourage some lateral branches for cuts. She's looking tough so far.
Thanks Brass! Same to you man.

  17. Pic Dump!! Got everything from indoor to out going at the moment.

The blueberry momma got some paleness on her wheil I was looking the other way. Gave her some extras Mg to see if that slows it. Meanwhile the Globlin Queen is holding all her lateral branches super tight to the colas. Should make for some dense buds but I got nowhere to take cuts from! I decided to crop one of her tops. Once we get enough cuts, I'll flower her.

The petunias came is heavy like I hoped in. The bed. Also got a few cherry tomatoes going as usual. Didnt expect to be home much this winter so decided not to plant much.

The aloe flowers are blooming also and providing food for the hummingbirds and the bees. The pollinators are in full swing.

I hope you all are having a very Merry Christmas!

Oh btw, got a sweet gift from the wife this year! I'm not allowed to open it yet but she let me pick it. Can't wait to show yall! 18. That Goblin Queen will be an interesting one to watch. I believe I've seen it grown here on GC by a few others.
