I read on the Hydroponic grow guide linked from another forum and it mentions that having a lighting system which has both the MH and HPS bulb is the ideal for growing. Is this true?
I have 4 HPS and 2 MH. I've been told that the MH is good for the vegging but no good for the flowering. So I've got each MH in between 2 HPS so each group of plants gets a different spectrum of light.
yes......i use both for veg and only hps for flowering, as i like to keep it short, and help the temp to stay down.........Peace out.......Sid
