  1. Has anyone tried this workout? I am about to go on day 3. Based on my inability to walk right from day 1's leg and upper ab workout, I am concerned about my ability to safely lift for chest, back, and lats tomorrow. Day 1 was 520 reps on legs alone.

  2. If you are worried take a rest day, dont have to do the plan exactly as it says, listen to your body. Not a huge fan of those plans on bodybuilding.com, they are designed to sell supplement stacks in my opinion.
     
  3. Your inability to WALK does not affect your ability to use your chest and back, unless you are generally fatigued then take a rest day.
