  1. Hi to all at grass city.
I have a problem I haven,t seen before. I am about a week from harvest . I,m checking trichome colours everyday but they are still mostly clear. My problem is that some of the flowers are drying out on the plant. I have never seen this before. Do I have a problem is this normal. The cultivar I am growing is Cinderella Jack from Dutch Genetics and I have found it very easy to grow. It is an autoflower plant and has grown really well. Now I am worried that I might have something wrong because of the drying off buds. Has anyone else have experience of this.

  2. YES. i have seen this . Usually on the lower leaves . Not common. and if a stem got pinched off it will cause it .
Are the top buds super heave and bending the stems ? If so and if stems are bent could be the issue . Usually only if its pinched. Hold up my info is for hps lamps only not these new led lights. I have not seen it with led lights yet. Send us a pic . And are the ones getting very dry also clear ? With out saying i cant say for sure . Could be burnt from the lights . Really need a picture to get 100 percent .

  3. hmmm, IDK. I have grown that strain. I would rate the grow as tricky. The Cinderella is really great tasting weed, and anything with Jack is good. But that strain was not typical in growth. And a little different every time. The first time I had a perfect plant but only two ounces yield.

  4. Thank you bryan and talkative for yor quick replies. I think I have sussed my problem. Low humidity and too much light intensity, I have reduced my light output to 70% which gives me 800 PAR at the canopy level. It was more than 1000 which requires CO2 . My humidity had dropped to 40% so I switched off a dehumidifier I had running and levels are rising.
This must be the problem I think. There was just three colas that dried out with their trichomes still clear . They are completely dry as though they had been hung for 2 weeks and are completely smokeable with no sign of any rot or mould. Talkative I got a bush pheno from the cinderella jack and looking at it, plus what I have taken off, I would estimate 4oz. This cultivar does require special attention but follow the guide from Dutch Passion for great results.
The Cinderella Jack is a stabilised cultivar and it claims high THC numbers and only Dutch Genetics hold this cultivar. If you have had problems growing this then I guess you got your seeds from another source.
Easiest auto I have ever grown
Thank you again guys for your suggestions I will post results
