    theres not many things that cant be tested for, but most things wont be, just because of cost and efficency for the testers. if its for a job your best bet is to stay away from anything mainstream, as in shrooms an lsd should even be fine to take, nut not weed or coke. if its for the government for like probation, you are porbably still in the same boat unless you offense is related to a more obscure drug, then youll be tested for that, but personally, if its anything gov. related i just wouldnt do any illegal drug, for safety.
