I got aressted a while back for possesion of 2gs. I got probation for 6 months, and i finished all of my requirments (took a drug class, paid fees, and passed the random drug test.) A month ago i got put of non-reporting unsupervised probation. Will they randomly drug test me still? They havent even contaced me and its been a month. I live in Indiana if that matters..this was also my 1st offense. My officer is real cool..btw.
I think you might be posting in the wrong place, but I will give it a shot. In Cali its called non supervisory or summary probation. Those don't test and typically don't have a PO you just have to stay out of trouble. Then there is supervisory probation where you have a PO and it is up to the PO if you test. Most times testing is part of the sentence given by the judge. If your offence was not drug related then it is doubtful you will be tested. Read through all your paper work you have. You have to agree(sign the dotted line) to get drug tested.
