i got put on 20 day house arrest for an underage drinking charge (nothing more, nothing less). i was wondering since its not actually a drug charge whether they do drug testing or not. i had to sign a sheet that said they CAN do tests, but since mine isn't for anything drug related, i dont feel like they would. if any of you have shared this experience, let me know how it went. thanks
What the hell? 20 days house arrest for underage drinking?! Where do you live, North Korea? That seems a little dramatic unless you are a repeat offender. To answer your question, it's better to be safe than sorry. You don't want to add more time to your sentence.
im on house arrest for the 2nd time for underage drinkin but im on probation and have been caught a few times...sucks...........but they always pee test me its soo annoying i havent even smoked bud in 7 months!
