Drug test pre-work(pls help)

Hi guys!
I'm an Italian boy (living in Italy) and desperation brought me here
I usually consumed 5 g of weed in 5-7 days as Daily smoker(I can't tell you the percentage of thc, in Italy you take it from the first person in the square and you rely on fate) and on March 10 I stopped to change jobs (the company I work for does not ask for drug tests but the new one does)
I'm 25 years old, I'm 178cm tall and 90-95 kilos (I have a bit of tummy) and I will have my medical examination (with more than guaranteed piss) probably in a month (maybe more, maybe less).
Last year I did an experiment and I noticed that between the 47th and 52th day I was clean (I used 50ng/ml tests bought on amazon) without doing anything in particular, eating shit and without changing my habits.
since I stopped I corrected my diet and started drinking much more water and coffee than usual to pee but I would like to know if there are other methods to speed up the purification process.
products such as toxin rid and similari are very difficult to get in my country (very long shipping and very high costs) and I doubt that they may even be illegal (in Italy we are 30 years behind the rest of the world, think that up to 10 years ago if they caught you with 10 g of weed it was as if you had a kilo of cocaine) but activated charcoal is fully legal and should arrive in the mail in 2 days.
among all the alternatives it seemed to me the only most effective (reading on this forum) and available in the short term. do you have any advice for me on how to take it and/or others to use to dispose of it first?

I hope someone can help me because if this test goes well it will be the turning point for my life.
