I have to go to court for getting in an non-drug related accident. Would I get drug tested when I go to court? -thanks
highly doubt it. theres no reason for them to believe that you were on drugs prior/during the accident so ima go with a no. ive been to court for traffic tickets twice and neither once have i been tested. just wait till you see some of the other people in there (crack heads and such) then your gonna be like, "why the fuck didnt they test THEM" then youll feel safe
lol man, I've been to court for drug related offenses and didn't even get drug tested! They never test you on the court date bro
yea if you tell them that you do drugs,mthen yea,if u dont,,then i dont really see them giving you a drug test,and wasteing city/county funds for this small civil matter
