Drug Test at Job Interview

    I've never gone to a job interview where drug testing was required, but one I just applied for says they only test when you get hired. Does anyone watch you while you do it? I'm thinking about getting some clean pee from a friend because I know I can't detox in time. Also, do they typically do that on the first interview, or a later one?
