Drug test and physical??

    I unfortunately have a drug test tomorrow as part of my pre-employment physical, will I have to pee twice? Once for the physical and once for the test? I haven’t smoked in 12 days and I didn’t smoke for 3 weeks before that, I have taken 3 at home test and I have clearly failed them all. I was a VERY heavy
    user. If I use fake pee will they be able to tell because it’s a physical? This is for my dream job please help!!
