    Hi I would really appreciate if someone could share their experience with Concentra urine drug screen. I took the drug test on Monday night, the employer hasn't received the results as of Thursday so I called Concentra to follow up and they said the results have been released to employer on Wendesdday (they couldn't release the results to me) I followed up with employer on Friday and still no results posted on their end. Anyone been in a similar situation?
    I know I should be ok as I took one of those CVS THC screens prior to the test and passed also didn't smoke for 3 weeks before with only a few puffs the last two days of consumption and a two month break prior to that. The employer not being able to give me a final ok is stressing me out especially since Concentra is saying the results have been released already.

    Please update if you passed or failed because I’m in the same boat almost!! Just haven’t had as many days pass since test.

    I haven't heard back and HR contact is on vacation until the 2nd of January, I might go crazy waiting that long. From extansive research it looks like all major labs use the 50ng/l cut off which is very common for the home drug test as well if that gives you any reassurance (I'm trying to convince myself it does)

    I think you’re good though because had it been positive they would’ve called you. From what I’ve read they release a negative screening to your employer in 24-48 hours which would make the day that they told you they released right on time for that. If you can remember though keep me posted lol. I feel ok since I got a negative at home result but I’m worried bc I’m not active at the moment and have gained like 2lbs since I last smoked. Just hoping I’m not too pudgy and holding in any extra thc lol. But I’m probably overthinking it!! Goodluck to you!

    I was a CHRONIC smoker, 2 blunts a days most days, sometimes even more if it were with my buddies. After about 2 years non stop, maybe a couple week breaks every now and then. I am passing a 20 ng/ml home test (that are very accurate according to reviews) after about 2.5 weeks. I have another 30 days before my test but it’s for my dream career so I decided to stop early. I will probably be completely clean. Just don’t get tempted and smoke again, and drink enough water (usually about 5 bottles) along with eating fatty foods your metabolism should do the work. Do not work out 3 days prior before test at least, as it releases the THC-COOH back into your system. You should be good, I was clean in under 3 weeks. I am 6FT, around 145LBS.
