drooping leaves

  1. i have 2 seedlings about a 1 1/2 week old and the jagged leaves are drooping a little is it from the light being to much for them or what else can cause this

  2. Drooping is usually caused by over watering or under watering. What type of light do you have? Light does not usually cause drooping. How often do you water it and does the pot have holes in the bottom of it?

  3. i water them ever 3-4 days and im using a 100 watt sunlight spectrum light

  4. Do you have any pictures? Those really help. What type of soil are they in? I am not familiar with that light. Do you have a picture of it and is it a fluorescent light? Does the light get really hot? What is the temperatures of your grow room/box? You should have a fan blowing the light and seedlings 24/7.

  5. if that is an incadescent bulb, it could be burning your plant. pitch it and go get a compact flourescent light (CFL). Look for one with a color temp close to 6500K.
