You should be ok, just give them some time and they will perk up. Don't give them any nutes for a few days and they should recover from the shock just fine.
Ok right on, thats what Im thinking and everything I have read says "don't overwater!". Im thinking its holding a lot of water in the rock wool cubes within the coco.

At this point you can't do much but wait. Don't do anything else to stress them further. It can take a few days for the plant to perk up again.
