tell me if im wrong, but when im drunk, i think i still have all the abilities of a sober person. so how exactly can i be blaimed for drinking and driving? as far as i knew, i was completely fit for driving.......alcohol should be illegal....and weed legal.

i understand what its like to drunk.....im not dumb. i think you misunderstood me rasta man. what i was saying is that drunk people dont know any better and have the general feeling that driving, or any other tasks that require concentration, can be done......
