Drinking alone? Is this a good idea?

As long as u know your limit and dont go too far past it you should be good. Theres a thin line between having a really nice drunk going and throwing your guts up. I like to have 4-5 drinks in row now and then just chill out. It went from drink as much as i possible chould to that. I know it sounds dumb but it took me quite a while to figure out that with booze less is more.Most of the time anyway.

IDk man, lord of the rings just seems like to much to try and pay attention to when your drinking. If im drinking alone i like to have me a good action flick. Thats just me though.

 

Good idea? yes. Depressing? yes. Something you tell people you do? no.

Why is it depressing? I like to drink beer with meals sometime so why can't the dude drink and watch a movie? I don't get why he should be ashamed of it. You can drink alcohol without trying to "get fucked up bro".

 

It depends. If your having a couple beer's, why not? But if your getting plastered by yourself everynight you have an issue and it should be dealt with.

 

There's nothing wrong with drinking and or smoking alone. I don't know where people come up with stupid shit like that. What the hell does it matter if you're going to end up drinking/smoking ANYWAYS and the same stuff is going to be in your body.

Now on the other hand, if allll you do is drink and smoke alone because you have no friends or nothing else to do.. that may be a problem. But just when you feel like it or w/e that's no big thing..

It's one of my pet peeves. Watched an episode of intervention, and this fat stupid bitch girl was an alcoholic, but she said "I cant drink alone because Its a sign of alcoholism hurr durr", so she hangs out friends that aren't even drinking JUST so she can drink.

 

every once in a while a good ol self booz is in order...wouldnt make it a habit though

I meant getting drunk alone, not having a few beers etc. It is kinda depressing if you get plastered alone alot.
