So, i was just reading a post about beer and this thought that has lingered my mind came back up. It seems many people just drink to get drunk, some dont even like the taste of wahtever it is they are drinking, but they will chug it no matter what... just go get wasted. So my point it.. Do you drink becasue you like the flavor of the drink? the aroma? the texture? or do you not give a shit? in my highschool people just drink to get completely shit faced, which to me is no fun.. i come form Mexico, where drinking is no biggie, so i learned to drink because i like the flavor and smell, i rearely get wasted tho,
I hate drinking, there is no tasty way to drink in my opinion except jagermeister and hpnotiq. I don't even really like being drunk that much, only when high is in the mix do I enjoy it.
I can't stand the taste... makes me wanna punk even if I smell it, I do enjoy the feeling though, everything gets "dull" and drowned out and I have no clue what I'm doing

I love to drink cause I enjoy the taste. But I also like the buzz that comes along with it. But I have no problem just casually drinking a Heineken of Guinness.

well i love beer i drink for the taste and the buz is a plus. when i drinking to get drunk i will drink cheap beer but if im want to kick back and get the perfect buz i will drink good tastng beer. but u shouldn't drink beer just to get drunk u should enjoy it like smoken weed i enjoy hitting a bong i don;;t just do it for the high. but all i got to sayif u don;t like one type of beer look around till u find the one u like
i definitely don't drink because i like the taste of it. if it tastes like ass, i won't drink it beer = ass vodka, rum or gin mixes are my favourite
both... I don't drink beer but there are plenty of liquors/mixes that taste heavenly. I don't always drink to get drunk. I drink much less now that I'm a daily smoker. In social situations I will have a few drinks for the taste. If we go to the bar I'll more than likely get wasted. There is a brand of mix that I think some of the ladies would like. It's call Trantula; a blue margarita mix. It's very tropical but I'm drawn to it because it's such a nice blue color. It's a very happy blue. I don't mix it with tequila because we don't always agree, but it's good with vodka and rum. It's really cheap too. You can get some cheap vodka and have a hay-day. Also I'm sure it would be good with everclear as well. Please drink everclear responsibly. A very very little goes a long way.
maybe your just drinking the wrong stuff, i love the taste of beer, which makes it a lot easier for me to get drunk
Good beer kicks ass. Its also fuuny how different beers gets you a different drunk. I would rather be drunk off of a light beer like a hefeweisen than a thick dark beer. But I may enjoy the latter better. Weird.
Mmmm hefeweisen... I love beer, but only good beer. I actually hate most American beers, but give me a Guinnesse, Scottish Ale, or Paulaner anyday. My mom told me when I went to college, "If you can't afford the drinks you like to drink, then you can't afford to get drunk..." Amen Mom. I like long island iced teas too, even though for me those are death in a glass. And before you say anything, I'm a chick, so I'm allowed girly drinks.
heck yeah, the only time I drink is to get drunk. Other than that, not a beer drinker. Being drunk is awesome, the mourning after is what gets me sometimes.
i dont think I would drink at all if I didnt like the flavor of the beer/liquor Im drinking. Same as weed. I love the feeling, but I also enjoy the taste of some good buds. Nothin like it!

mmmmm drinking .....is good. wine, beer, whiskey its all good. Well...I'm from Germany, and we drink every day. Usually for the taste, but from time to time to get drunk...but usually for the taste and the relaxed feeling. Me dad drinks 2 pints a day and has done so ever since I can remember. In France and the latin european countries they do the same with wine...beer is for the germanics, I think.
