Anyone else a big fan of theirs? I've seen them live a couple of times, they're great. I think Scenes From a Memory may be my favorite concept album.. ever. It never gets old, and theres so much contrast. Great band.
good music but the singer just straight pisses me off listen to liquid tension experiment, its dream theater without the singer and its pretty good
I'm not the biggest fan of their music, but they get all the respect in the world for being some of the most under-rated, EXTREMELY TALENTED musicians. Petrucci is most definitely one of the guitar gods. There is one video I have of them, though. They play Master of Puppets, in it's entirety, and its pretty amazing. petrucci strums through the song like it's nothing, and the rest of the band is just having fun, just KILLIN it.
Yeah, pretty big fan here. Home is probably my favourite song of theirs, but Images and Words is my favourite album. Metropolis is one kick ass song!
