Down Stem

    I made this thread in toking tools but no one responded so I thought i'd put it here. Anyways, I broke the down stem (I think thats what its called, its the bit you load the bowl in and pull out) of my bong. I need to buy a new one and just wanted to order it online. How should I go about measuring the hole in the bong and then does grasscity sell downstems on their own? thanks very much.

    Just..... Measure it. The hole. It's either a 14mm or an 18.8 mm. Most likely an 18.8mm. But measure to make sure.

    i think you broke your downstem,"the part that goes into water" your bowl is what you load you bud into. the bowl is the part where you pull to get air to take the hit :bongin:
    18 mm your pinky fits in it
    14 alot smaller
