Double bubbler question

    Just bought a new double bubbler after i broke my bong about a week ago, only paid $55 but its a pretty heady piece, it was the biggest double bub there and they were all the same price. I kinda feel like a noob askin this question but i have no idea how to empty the water out of the second chamber, my friend who i was tokin with earlier said to just put a paper towel over the bowl and cover the carb and blow really hard into it but that doesnt sound like it would work so i dunno :confused: Also i dont got a cable for my camera so i cant post any pics of the pipe.

    well its really hard to help if i cant see it but id say tilt it in a way which makes the water flow into the first chamber an pour it out the carb??? or maybe tilt it so it directs it to the mouthpeice? im sorry i cant help more
