  1. If you were to order seeds from either site shipped to the USA, and the package was seized by customs, what would happen to the person who ordered the seeds? Would they be pursued or notified or brought to court or something? Anyone have experiences with this?
    thanks

  2. I dont think they would do shit...it would cost money for them to go thru legal process just to bust you for seeds. I would suggest not to use a credit card...but find a seeds website that accepts anonymous payments like e-gold so the customs cant really prove you purchased the seeds. Usually customs will just send you a letter with a reason for confiscation and thats about it.

  3. I have never ordered seeds but I wouldn't expect any complications. It is a good idea however to use some sort of anonymous payment.

  4. Rules man, i dont think ur supposed to post the site names. Might wanna delete before mods see it.

  5. The worst that happens is you don't get your seeds, they are very discreetly packaged and cannabis seeds are hard to detect, there is no real way to tell if they are ganja seeds and they are not allowed to open your mail. You don't have to worry about legal issues.

  6. they are allowed to open your mail

  7. I got clones via mail a few times...that shit came in a fuckin envalope with dirt...i was fuckin laughin when i opened the envalope...but it made it all the way from canada...so im sure some seeds will get to you with no problems...they usually stuff the seeds in this plastic little tubes and sometimes send it in a CD case.

  8. if the seeds do happen to get seized by customs, from everyone i have talked to whom has had it happened, all that happened was they got a letter in the mail saying someone was trying to send them illegal goods, end of story

i have ordered from canada before, no problems

have heard nothing but good from dr. chronic, but never heard of the other seed bank
