Hah, I always here the good and bad about boosie but this *****s real. Straight south shit, not rapping bout that fake shit. IMO best out there (living) and next to Soulja Slim, best of the south. Anyways listen to these dopeboys spit. Note Big Poppa rolling a gar when he starts after boosie.

If ya'll haven't heard soulja you need to check him out. I can see how some people don't like boosie if you haven't really checked him out and only heard his mainstream shit but one you put his CD in you'll be thinkin this *****s raw.

  15. Well since you all are repping zro I gotta thow it down for slim

James "Soulja Slim" Tapp was shot and killed yesterday (November 26) in front of his mothers house in New Orleans.

Police are investigating a number of leads in the killing, but have yet to charge anyone in connection with the crime.

"Slim was wildin' out, he was on X (Ecstasy) hard," a source told AllHipHop.com. "He was out at a club on the West Bank. Someone said something like f*ck Magnolia (Magnolia projects in New Orleans), then all of Magnolia busted em up. The dude that got jumped has been walking around with a vest on all week, looking for Slim."

In addition to that incident, Slim allegedly got into an altercation at a club in Mississippi. The source said that a man was in the V.I.P. area of an unnamed club. Slim didn't recognize the man and apparently struck him, before being thrown out of the club.

In another similar altercation in a club in Miami, Slim was allegedly involved in an altercation and took a man's jewelry. According to the source, there was also an altercation at a New Orlean's gas station.

"This aint no bullsh*t," the source continued. "Slim must have forgot something, because he ran back into his mother's house and left his truck running. The dude walked up in all black from the side of the house and shot him 5 times in the head. This was a hit. Whoever did this had to have done it before. Slim was one of the realest n*ggas on the streets. B.G. and Juvenile and all the local rappers are planning to do a tribute concert for him on Friday. All this violence has got to stop. Kids see these big time rappers beefin and think that it's ok for them to do the same ..

Soulja Slims Brother Steps forth to refute Negative Allegations

Soulja Slim's brother has come forward to counter media allegations that his life mirrored his raps, which sometimes spoke of the darker side of life on the streets.

Magnolia $crilla, Slim's 23-year-old younger brother, said that Slim was a caring individual who was active in the community and always willing to help a person in need. An unknown gunman took the rapper's life Wednesday (November 26) in New Orleans. I would have just posted one vid but it's down. You'd see peoples love for him back home. You may think theres better in the south but he still holds down all of N.O.. Shit, you still hear rappers giving him tributes.

"Slim taught me a lot about life," Magnolia $crilla told AllHipHop.com. "Slim dropped out of high school in the 9th grade but he made something of his life. He paid for me to go to college and get my education. Education was very important to him. If he saw you needed a bill paid, he would pay it. He was respected like Pac down here."

And like Pac, Slim was a community activist, who had started an organization, the Young Black Lyons.

"It was like the Black Panthers," $crilla revealed. "He had the school system involved. The goal was to educate young black youth in society. In so many ways, they still treat us like n*ggas. Kids don't understand why Bush bombed, they think it was because of Bin-Laden. They don't understand the real motivations and that's one of the things Slim was doing. Talking to the kids."

$crilla, who is signed to Yukmouth's Smoke-A-Lot Records, said that Slim had just finished a double album with B.G., Never Seen It Coming.

$crilla said he expected the media to focus on his brother's lyrics and ignore the positive aspects of his life. They even recorded a song about the media before Slim was murdered.

"The song talks about how we do the right thing and the media and everyone else keeps f*cking with us. Even when your off parole, the cops, the media, everyone treats you like you are a criminal still under paper. We talk about all that on the song."

$crilla said that Slim's family was still greiving, but that Slim would prefer them to continue on with their lives.

"That's just how he was," $crilla said. "He wouldn't want anyone sitting around crying. I am probably taking it better than anyone else. I called his phone the other day when I found out I was going to Germany with Yuk for Christmas and left him a message. I forgot he was gone."

This is just his shit everyone knows about. If I could find half his underground shit there's no way you could say he doesn't have passion or spit real shit. "If a ***** lived past 94, u's a gangsta". His projects murder rate doubled that year making magnolia one of the highest crime rates in the country at the time.

  16. Shits hot.

Im all bout that southern shit, Thas my thang.

  17. Z-Ro and the SUC, fa lil. I think Flip can freestyle better than Z-Ro personally, Z-Ro's lyrics are a lot sicker though. Here are some flip/suc freestyles that go hard.
