Don't Pay your Taxes!!!

  1. The power to coin money? Yes they do lol.

  2. it's the truth, it's against the consitution yet IRS keeps on collecting. even the Supreme Court ruled there is no law for paying income taxes yet people keep getting thrown in prison for not even breaking a law...

  3. Here we go again.

I point you to Title 26 of the U.S. Code.

    C'mon guys... I know this and I'm a foreigner

Aaron Russo is a fear-monger, a ying to the neo-conversative yang. Not to mention a fraud.

  4. so he got these people to lie on this movie
    it is untrue?

  5. Rasta I don't have the patience to decipher Title 26 or whether or not it's valid, but one way or another this is a ridiculous issue that shouldn't even be! Russo brings up a facet of American way of life that everyone takes part in but knows nothing about, of course he can skew it as can the IRS.

What the hell am I supposed to do anymore? I just wanna live a simple life, I stay out of others' business and I want others out of mine, especially entities like government and banks. All I read nowadays is a battle of words, where no one is right, yet everyone thinks they are. It's driving me insane. Not to mention I'm living in a country of sheep who even if told the truth about matters, wouldn't do more than gossip over coffee about it.

Honestly, I have no real problem with taxes yet. It doesn't bother me. But what about the history he talks about? It's a recurring theme that America was once a great place, but money somewhere became the heroin of the nation, and now criminals run everything. I don't know what's to become of America, but I don't want to be around when it happens. I didn't make these choices, I don't want to pay for them.

Where do I run? Where is there a place where I can live my life, grow my weed, and be happy without someone breathing down my neck?

  6. this post made me think a few things

first all great empires have their summits and declines, i do not believe we are on a decline
i do not believe we are on a decline, because we are expanding and producing and comming up with new concepts faster then even with no lack or resources to stop us.
many people would say we are on a decline, but thats because everything looks bad close up. i can garuntee you 50 years ago or whenever it is that "america was once a great nation" at the time it was turbulant, but in hindsight, if you are even clear about what time you are talking about, it looks good.

lastly, honestly, i feel bad for people who keep posting this and believing it. maybe this dude who thought of this was able to create a series of seemingly plausible loop-holes, that make it seem true, but in reality, i can garuntee you there is more then meets the eye. you are trying to tell me people go to jail for something that isnt a law? all that he does is play with words until they lose their meaning so people will pay attention to him and read his book or whatver the hell hes trying to sell.

  7. I love my country.

I don't mind paying tax, though it's tough to know it's going to some things I disagree with (Afghanistan), but you know that's where the power of my vote is.

Might be small, but everybody has the same power, and I have confidence in my fellow countrymen. People aren't flawless, especially in such a diverse, growing country, but I have confidence in common people doing what's right.

  8. who actually watched the whole thing?
    I did

  9. First off Rasta, you know your shit when it comes to globalism. Although, I have to disagree with you completely here.

Not to mention you can't call someone a fraud without providing a source.

Further more, there is no such law that also the IRS to tax the Average U.S. citizen on their "LABOR/WAGES".

The big mis-conception here is that the IRS has falsely made us to believe that our "labor/wages" are considered "income". Which they are not. Effectively, Labor/Wages are a compensation for services rendered. Also, the Supreme court ruled that the 16th amendment did not give the Govt. any new power to tax. The income tax law was passed after the 16th amendment.

Do we still have to pay taxes? Yes
Are we required to pay taxes from our "labor/wages"? Yes (things like Social Security, Medicare, etc would all be taxed from our labor/wages as well as any income we have.)

  10. ya'll need to watch that movie
it supplies insight to the fucked up way our officials are doing us

  11. sky dogs post says it all

  12. I don't see anything fucked up about it. Most civilized countries have a tax system.

    Read the debate here

  13. thats not the point, the point is that there is no actual law that you have to pay taxes- so why would one get thrown in jail if he/she doesn't pay up?

  14. There IS a law, you contend it's legitimacy, that doesn't make the law null.

  15. same reason why people get jailed from growing a plant that God put here himself.

Fact is, nothing is gonna change. And if it does, it will happen slowly, which means

    not in your lifetime buddy.

If we were smart we'd start armin ourselves and start carrying out guerilla attacks on

corrupted officials and politicians. . . .JMO :smoking:

Coppers/DEA/Who the fuck ever. . .please take notice of my disclaimer ;)

  16. actually according to varying sources there is no law that states that

  17. Law or not, what do you think makes this country run? Its money. Who provides that money? That would be us, the citizens. If you guys want to be petty about paying taxes go right ahead. If everyone stopped paying taxes, our entire government would just stop. We'd be dead in the water.

  18. This has nothing to do with taxes, but i just noticed this R_M:

    lol:D
