alright my plants used to look nice but now instead of drooping the oldest plant is like growing straight up towards the light, like the light is sucking it in...but i dont think its stretching towars the light cuz its only a couple inches away (its a flouro so the light isnt making the plant too hot)...ill post a pic later but i mean its just sticking straight up like the leaves are weightless
well i gave them some water and within like 2 hours they seem like they are drooping a bit and i cut back the amount of lgiht..well see what happens
I couldnt tell you for sure, but I think thats pretty normal, mine do it and theyre healthy... Research on overgrow if youre worried.
wow, that is a pretty crazy image you describe but after doing a bong and thinking it over, are you talking about just the leaves on the top? It is normal for them to all pop out in a mass and then as they form, they start out pointing up as they don't have stems yet. As the leaves and stems develop they will start to flop out in 2-4 days and look like real mj leaves. On the other hand, if all the leaves are growing straight up, your plant maybe possessed so might have to smack it with a bible a few times and see what happens.
dont they stick up when they had a drink? why cut back the light keep it close to plant with good air flow or are you talking about light hours?
My leaves will curl up to reduce moisture-loss. when i water them, they flatten back out. Is this what ur talkin about?
so errm what is the temp in your grow room??? sounds like its either too hot or too dry ... hell maybe both lol ... rekon the bible bashing will do it some justice though
yeah i think like newsalvia said they needed some water...well the room is very humid and very hot there is a fan present but it hasnt been on lately...me and my frined will take care of that later tonight. Unoftunately thats all we have to grow in cuz its at my friends parents' house and its teh only secret place. For now it is working pretty good. We'll get the fan turned on and hope they cool down a little. But now the leave tips are curling down and one is going brown so im gonna go check out the problem guide...
and also it's a good idea to use a little hydrogen peroxide when watering is it not? If so...how much...like 1:5 or something like that?
i put about a capfull of H202 3% in about a half gallon. Provides oxygen for the roots. also, a really humid room is not ideal for MJ. MJ likes dry air, moist soil, and warm climate
