I found some info showing how you can order LED lights you see at hydro stores online ect for 50% or less direct from china factories where the bulk if not all LED's are made,and in fact where they get it when you order. ^ bingo. I'll go with "you get what you pay for". I don't even see any mention of any kind of warranty.
My best advice is take $1300 and buy a nice led. But, my best advice before that, is take $300 and buy a nice MH/HPS 250W.

I'm not saying its either of those, I've never bought one, hut I can speak for many other grey marketed items I've seen/purchased. Go to eBay and type in "ipod" I guaranty half if not more than half of the results pop up are either knock off or grey market. And most of the time it will probably be significantly different than a regual ipod
Alibaba is a good site, my stepdad has ordered many things from there and the BBB approves them, but they sell knockoff and grey market items.
