This thread applies to you if you don't feel euphoria/happy and generally high anymore when you blaze.

I have seen many people post that they don't get high anymore and people instantly suggest a t-break which is not always
    necessary.

Try the following things and you'll probably start getting high again (as I beleive these things worked for me when I couldn't get high anymore as now I can smoke daily and always get high and I also feel better in general)

    \t-\t-\t-\t-\t-\t-\t-\t-\t-\t-\t-\t-\t-\t-\t

*Eat more fruit and vegetables-they contain vitamins, min
erals and terpenes which strongly aids the high and is good for you

*Eat foods rich in omega 3/take omega 3 supplements-the average American diet is very low in omega 3 which aids in the reconstruction of 'THC receptors'. More receptor=You get higher

*Buy 5-Htp supplements and take them appropriately-heavy use of cannabis lowers Serotonin levels which is important for your high and general well being. 5-Htp can be bought at health shops and increases serotonin levels.

*Exercise-Exercise increases serotonin and other 'happy' chemicals. Also prevents you from becoming lazy and miserable.

*Don't smoke until you've been awake for two hours so no wake n bakes

If after trying these things religiously for a minimum of two weeks (can sometimes take up to six) and you still don't get high and don't generally feel better than it's time for a t-break.

Also I recommend you research everything in this post before you try anything.

And remember, don't let the herb rule you.

    Happy smoking

  2. I already do all these things (except the 5-Htp supplement) I didn't realise it got you higher, this explains so much!

  3. I have to take T breaks fairly often. I always end up wanting to smoke non stop but it always causes me to not get very high and same goes for my SO. I always tell her you should wait to not be high for a lil before you smoke again and you will be happy you did the next time you smoke.

Good advice, I dont if all of these will actually make you higher but its good for your health and will make you happier to be healthy.

  4. Good info
