Domain Names and the ACPA

  1. Does anybody have experience with this sort of problem?

    I'm talking about cybersquatting/ACPA

A United states company snatched up my domain. I couldn't renew it in time, I was locked up.

The domain is my personal last name. The last name only has about 25 Facebook Profiles, and I'm estimating less than 150 people in the world (and probably only 50 with an actual internet connection )

The company wants $10,000 USD for it.

    Absurd.

So I emailed their legal department.

  2. 10 grand what a fucking piece of shit company. its all about the benjamins.

these days people will do anything for a dollar. i met a dude on the street last night after work at like 11pm and he offered me the chance to punch him in the face as hard as i wanted for 5$. he said he needed something to eat bad

i told him i was down but then he changed his mind lol. gave him 2 bucks anyways it was pretty clear he needed it, as much as i dont like giving to beggars.
