hey wassup i was just wondering how yall felt about doing whippits...i know they kill brain cells and all but are they really bad for you? im doing like quad ones right now lol....ive done 24 in about an hour, sadly i dont have the medical grade :-\, does this make it a lot worse for me? thx
are you crackin the cartradges into balloons and suckin em down? Just make sure you take b12 vitamins when you use that shit and youll be ok, just dont do it too much, like 24 in an hour, thats too much.

up your nose? i think it's fine to do nitrous as long as you dont power hit it (inhale, exhale into the baloon and inhale, repeat) after all the dentist does give it to you, but in a fixed oxygen/nitrous ratio......
yeh i was just curious if it'd go like straight to the dome if u took it up your nose...im not gonna try it unless sum1 says its okay hahaha...but yeh a lot of my friends do the in and out blowing in the balloon cuz they think their getting more, i think thats really bad for you though...i usually take a little over half the balloon,,then hold it for 10 seconds, then exhale it then get some fresh breaths of air then do the rest so wat vitamins should i get to help me out? just b12 vitamins or a vitamin with all vitamin b's in it?
Eat... MEAT... Meat contains a lot of B12 (why you can see deficiency in vegetarians). But in all honesty you won't get a B12 def just by using nitrous over one or even a couple of nights. Your liver stores of B12 can last you for up to several YEARS. You need to use it preeeeetty hevily to get a B12 def. Don't waste your money on supplements you don't even need! Just eat meat (liver if you can stand it and oysters if you can afford it) and huff away.
