    Sup guys,
I'm new to this place, so what's up... I'm living alone in an apartment next year and I've been set this entire time on owning a dog and living alone. However, I found out that my lease says that dogs aren't allowed in the complex, so I'm pondering whether or not I should get a cat since they're allowed. I've always had this vivid imagination of me smoking, studying, watching tv, driving around (...hotboxing) with my own dog when living alone next year, but this may have to change due to the fact that I can't get a dog. Basically what my question is: cat owners, what do/can you do with your cat? Do you chill with your cat, toke with your cat, watch tv with your cat ect.? How comparable is the cat-human bond compared to the dog-human bond?

  2. If your landlord allows, try to get a pet rabbit instead, just don't get more than one.

Rabbits are the best stoner pets ever, they're really chill sometimes and funny to watch others, and they let you pet them for a while and don't walk off, and you can ones that are a lot softer than others.

You can train them to go in a box, but they might find corners of your house to shit in unless they are trained really well. Their shit is really easy to clean up because its in the form of solid compacts balls that can easily be taken up with a hand-held vacuum, and can even be used as an organic fertilizer since they are herbivores and don't eat any meat.

  3. In my opinion cats are just as good as dogs, and they're less hyperactive. One of my cats will literally come runnin across the house when she hears my lighter flick up. I dont blow smoke in her face but im 100% positive she gets a contact buzz and she knows it

  4. Cats are real fun when they're kittens not gonna lie but lose a little bit of their luster as they get older. Still cool though. I think they are. They will make you feel less lonely if you ever get that feeling. I'd say go for it but I'm a cat person so who am I to say.

  5. If you want a playful kitten get a persian. I just got one two weeks ago and she won't leave me alone, it's mad annoying but if you want that companionship by all means go for it!

  6. I don't know if I agree with the Persian cat idea.. cats in general I'm totally for. But I had a cat the was only half Persian and he was such an ass, and I know a few people with them and they also say that the cat has a bad temperament.

  7. Be sure to get you pet spayed or neutered! Male cats REEK and will "mark their territory"! Females go into heat (and go totally NUTS) 1 to 3 times a year and produce unwanted kittens! Neutered cats make the best pets!

The Humane Society or ASPCA often have free, or low-cost, neutering coupons available, or will know where you can get them! :D

  8. Purebred, not inbred. Persians rock, every one I have come in contact with are just plain awesome but hyper. Siamese are mean as shit though.

  9. Cats are pretty chill, I like kittens but by the time they're fully grown I'd turn it into an outside cat. They will get high with you, my buddies always would get stoned with us plus its cool to watch them play fight and roam around the furniture like its giant mountains.

  10. If you have a lot of fragile things around your house you may want to think twice about a cat, by the way. They tend to be very nosy and curious which usually results in broken things every once in a while. My one cat knocked something over from my desk once and it smashed the glass on my copier...was not happy at all.
