Go to a vet and tell them you have no money. The vet will more than likely fix your dog up for free. After all its just a couple stitches its not an expensive procedure to do the only thing your really paying for is the vets time, which if the vet really loves animals than money wont matter.

I remember when my dogs use to fight every day, they still have battle scars . One time my bulldog bite a chunk of my boxers ear off so we bandaged that bitch up and she was good
